RECYCLE EVALUATION METHOD FOR FRACTIONAL RECOVERY WASTE PRODUCT MATERIAL AND PROGRAM FOR RECYCLE EVALUATION

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycle evaluation method for a fractional recovery waste product material capable of evaluating, in a high precision, the effect of environmental load reduction in the recycling use of waste product materials such as fractional recovery plastics, and to provide a program for recycle evaluation. PSOLUTION: A yearly fractional recovery amount of waste product materials generated in an evaluation target area or region is computed from the data regarding the past demand amounts, future demand scenario, product lifetime distribution and fractional recovery situation of waste product materials. Further, by applying available recycling methods in descending order of the environmental load reduction amount per unit weight of the waste product material, the maximum recyclable amounts every recycling method and the corresponding environmental load reduction amount are computed. Then, the total of an environmental load reduction amount of each recycling method applied until the total of maximum recyclable amounts reaches the fractional recovery amount is computed as an evaluation value in a evaluated year.
