火焰原子吸收法对水中的锰元素含量的测定

         

摘要

文章利用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定了水中锰元素的含量。标准溶液的配制选用了标准加入法。研究了仪器的最佳工作条件;实验结果表明利用该方法测定本水样中Mn元素的相对偏差值小于2.3%,检出限为:3.0μg/L,测定范围为:2.5~300μg/L,该方法简单易行,方便准确。%In the paper,the content of manganese in water was determined directly by applying flame atomic absorption spectrometry Method.The standard liquids confection opts for the standard affiliation method.The optimum working conditions of the instrument were studied.The experimental results indicate that the relative standard deviation(RSD) were less than 2.3 % by applying the method to determine manganese in water sample,and the detection limit of this method was 3.0 μg/L.The linear ranges were 2.5~300 μg/L.So the method is simple and easy,and the result is reliable.
