可剥离保护涂料的制备及其性能研究

             

摘要

以聚乙烯醇为基体,再依次加入辅助成膜剂,增塑剂,防老剂,分散剂,防腐剂,由此得到可剥离保护涂料.在常温下,测得可剥离保护涂料的成膜时间为26h;可剥离保护膜的平均抗拉强度为(25.45±8.64%) MPa,断裂伸长率达到(16.32±8.93%)%;涂料在烘干前后的质量对比测得固体含量约为(27.73±2.55)%;膜体的直角撕裂强度达到(17.54±6.12%)KN/m.%With polyvinyl alcohol as the main ingredient, auxiliary film agent, plasticizer, anti-aging agent, dispersant, and preservative will be added into the main ingredient consecutively. Consequently, a kind of protecting coatings which is able to be removed is made. Under normal temperature, the protecting coatings have some features. The formation process of this kind of protecting coatings film needs 26 hours; its tensile strength is (25.45±8.64) % Mpa on average, and its elongation is up to (16.32±8.93%) %, the proportion of the solid content in the coating is about (27.73±2.55) % after drying, and the right angle tear strength of the membrane is reached (17.54 6.12%) KN/m.
