液相超声法制备CL-20/HMX共晶炸药与表征

     

摘要

采用液相超声法制得摩尔比2:1的CL-20/HMX共晶炸药.利用扫描电镜(SEM)对其大小和形貌进行表征,利用X射线衍射法(XRD)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其是否形成共晶进行判定,并对其进行撞击感度测试与分析.结果表明,所制得的样品不是CL-20与HMX简单的混合,而是形成了CL-20/HMX共晶炸药;共晶炸药颗粒为片状结晶,粒径在1 μm左右;CL-20/HMX共晶炸药的热分解放热峰温为246.31 ℃,较CL-20小4.53 ℃,热分解焓变比CL-20低151 J/g,热安全性与CL-20相当;共晶炸药的特性落高为37.8 cm,比CL-20高24.7 cm,比HMX高18.2 cm.%CL-20/HMX cocrystal explosive in a 2:1 molar ratio was prepared by the liquid phase ultrasonic method. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to characterize the particle size and morphology. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were utilized to determine whether the cocrystal explosive was prepared. Furthermore, the impact sensitivity of cocrystal explosive was tested and analyzed. The results show that the prepared sample is not the mix of CL-20 and HMX but rather CL-20/HMX cocrystal explosive. The particle size of cocrystal explosive is about 1 μm and it exhibits a plate-like morphology. The peak decomposition temperature of cocrystal explosive is 246.31 ℃, which is 4.53 ℃ lower than that of CL-20. Its thermal decomposition enthalpy is 151 J/g less than CL-20. It can be concluded that its thermal security is about the same as CL-20. The characteristic height of CL-20/HMX cocrystal explosive is 37.8 cm, which increases by 24.7 cm and 18.2 cm compared with CL-20 and HMX, respectively.
