新型复合膜生物反应器处理生活污水回流比的确定

摘要

The article build On the Independent development of new Hybrid Membrane Bioreactor, for sewage treatment, trough the stage of optimizating circuling condition, analyze the affect of nitrification and denitrification,the R of the new HBR is 0.75, the average COD, NH3-N, TN and TP removal rate are as high as 95 %, 95 %, 80%and 90 %, and the the average COD, NH3-N, TN and TP of out water are as low as 15 mg/L, 5 mg/L ,10mg/L and 0.5 mg/L.%本文在以自行开发的新型复合膜生物反应器系统为基础,以模拟生活污水为处理对象.通过运行条件优化研究,综合脱氮除磷效果及经济因素,将回流比控制在0.75左右.此时系统总去除率为:CODcr>95 %、NH3-N>95 %、TN>80 %、TP>90 %,出水可以稳定保证在CODcr<15 mg/L、NH3-N<5 mg/L、TN<10 mg/L、TP<≤0.5 mg/L.效果较好.
