换流阀水冷系统故障分析

         

摘要

通过对190篇关于换流阀水冷系统故障进行分类统计以及对120篇文献进行研读,将故障按照部件分类,分为一次设备故障、阀冷控制保护故障、传感器故障,占比分别为70.42 %、19.72 %、9.86 %,并主要论述了一次设备故障中因电导率、漏水、堵塞、主循环泵、水压、流量低等问题引发的故障位置、起因、危害、解决措施及发生频率等,并为水冷系统优化给出了几点建议.%This paper is based on the literature survey, through collecting 190 papers on the valve cooling system accident classification statistics, and doing inductive studies of 120 papers, the accidents is classified according to the components, and it is divided into primary equipment accidents, valve cold control protection accidents, sensor accidents, the proportion is 70.42 %, 19.72 %, 9.86 %, respectively. In addition, this paper also discussed the accidents caused by conductivity, leakage, blockage, main circulating pump, water pressure, low flow rate etc. Meanwhile, the accident location, cause, harm, solution measures and frequency are summarized in the table. And some suggestions are given for the optimization of water cooling system.
