沼液浓缩肥料化利用是当前沼液高值化利用的重要途径,在养殖粪污厌氧沼液浓缩中因悬浮物含量过高导致膜使用寿命缩短、浓缩液盐分过高是限制其推广应用的两个主要原因.本研究采用三级过滤、混凝组合方法探索沼液去除悬浮物和盐分的预处理工艺,并通过对比实验优化其运行参数.实验表明:"三级过滤+混凝"处理可获得较好的盐分和悬浮物去除效果,其除去效率分别达到69.48 %、97.13 %,较"混凝+三级过滤"处理对盐分和悬浮物去除率分别高8.15 %、1.44 %;"三级过滤+混凝"处理的最佳运行参数:三级过滤滤速8 L/h,反冲洗时间间隔为9 h,混凝处理熟石灰、PAM投加量分别为13 mL/100 mL沼液、2 mL/100 mL沼液,最佳pH为8.8,最佳静置时间为30 min.%Biogas slurry enrichment and fertilizer utilization is an important way of high value utilization of biogas slurry.
