炉内脱硫对氮氧化物的协同控制技术研究

         

摘要

In this paper,the collaborative effect of desulfurization in furnace on NOxwas tested with limestone as desulfurizer.The experimental results showed that when the limestone dosage was 180 kg/h,the SO2could be controlled within the standard range and the efficiency of coordinated control of NOxcould reach 59%.The placement of limestone in the lower position of the furnace was beneficial to increase the residence time of limestone in dense phase,which led to better collaborative control effect of NOx.The collaborative control of NOxby furnace desulfurization was better than flue gas recirculation.%本文采用石灰石为脱硫剂,试验了炉内脱硫对Nox的协同控制效果.结果表明,采用炉内脱硫技术,在石灰石投放量为180kg/h时,能将SO2控制在达标范围,协同控制Nox的效率达到59%.石灰石的投放位置选择在炉膛更低的位置有利于提高石灰石在密相区的停留时间,进而取得较好的协同控制Nox的效果.通过炉内脱硫协同控制Nox,效果优于烟气再循环.
