核1级部件是核电系统中安全级别要求最高的部件,根据ASME规范的要求,核1级部件应按ASME规范NB篇的要求进行完整的分析设计,以确保结构的安全性.本文基于ASME规范规定,介绍了核1级承压部件分析设计方法,并将整个分析过程归纳成4步:载荷分析、应力分析、应力分类和应力评定,对其理论基础进行剖析,对其技术思路和要点进行了详细的分析和总结,对核1级设备的分析设计具有较好的指导和参考价值.%Nuclear safety class 1 is the highest safety grade for nuclear systems. According to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel (BPV) Code, its Division 1 Subsection NB should be used for the design of class 1 components. This paper describes the method of stress analysis for nuclear class 1 components according to the requirements of ASME code. The whole process of the stress analysis documented in ASME BPV Subsection NB-3200 is divided into four steps, which includes loading analysis, stress analysis, stress classification and stress verification. Its method and theory are analyzed and summarized in detail in this paper. It is hoped that the paper could be used as guidance or reference for the design and analysis of nuclear class 1 structures.
