PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation and analysis device, capable of continuously conducting separation and analysis stably and efficiently by gradient elution in a nanoflow rate (nl/min).;SOLUTION: In the separation and analysis device for pumping a plurality of solutions, while altering the mixing ratio of them has a flow channel changeover means having a flow channel from a first pump, the flow channel from a second pump and the flow channel to a sample inlet part connected thereto, and is equipped with first and second sampling loops for temporarily holding the solutions. The flow channel changeover means is constituted to alternately repeat a first state of pushing out the solution in the second sampling loop toward the sample introducing part by the second pump, while pumping the solution from the first pump to the first sampling loop and a second state of pushing out the solution in the first sampling loop toward the sample inlet part by the second pump, while pumping the solution from the first pump to the second sampling loop.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
