安徽淮河流域造纸工业水污染排放限制的探究

摘要

In order to effectively strengthen the prevention and control of water pollution of Huaihe River basin in Anhui province, this paper is based on the conditions of paper industry of the area. For the problems in the implementation of the current national standard, comparing the discharge standard of water pollutants for paper industry that were released in some places, this paper explores the formulation ofthe discharge standard of the main water pollutants for paper industry in Huaihe River Basin of Anhui Province. At the same time, for achieving the target that reducing the pollutant discharge of paper industry, this paper introduces the discharge limits of main water pollutants of paper industry in Huaihe River basin of Anhui province.%本文结合安徽淮河流域造纸工业行业情况,为了切实加强安徽省淮河流域内的水污染防治,针对现行国标在执行中出现的一些问题,比较已经出台的各地方造纸工业水污染排放标准,对安徽省淮河流域造纸工业主要水污染物排放标准的制定,进行一些思考和探索.同时介绍适用于安徽省淮河流域造纸工业主要水污染物的排放限值,实现造纸工业污染物减排的目标.
