Double coptis is one of the widely used Chinese medicine clinically. It is made of flos lonicerae, fructus forsythiae and radix scutellariae.It is good at treated with diseases caused by wind hot cold and the patients with symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat. We review and analyze the Domestic patents about double coptis in terms of the tendency of patent applications, the main applicants and the main dosage form. Through carding development process, we provide data support for domestic companies in order to research of Chinese medicine, and promote the application in the field of IP in traditional Chinese medicine.%双黄连制剂是广泛应用于临床上的中成药之一.它是由金银花、连翘、黄芩制成,善治外感风热所致的感冒,症见发热、咳嗽、咽痛者.本文主要从双黄连制剂专利的申请量趋势、主要申请人以及重点剂型对双黄连制剂的国内专利进行分析,通过梳理其技术发展过程,为国内企业在中成药研发方面提供数据支持,促进知识产权在中医药领域的应用.
