轻型J型海底管道铺设系统的设计探究

摘要

针对深海平台或井口之间短距离、小直径管道的安装问题,采用轻型J型铺管法快速解决短距离深水铺管难题,提出了轻型海底管道铺设系统方案.在总结国内外深海J型海底管道铺设系统发展状况的基础上,详细介绍了深海轻型J型海底管道铺设系统的总体设计原理和J型铺设系统的工作流程,并对部分关键部件进行了分析.对J型铺管模块化及铺管船的深入研究,有利于我国海洋油气管道建设与发展.%Deepwater pipeline laying technology is the key to deep sea oil and gas resources development of technology and one of the most suitable for deepwater pipelaying method to J-Lay method. This article summarizes the deep-sea J-Lay of submarine pipeline laying system development situation at home and abroad,puts forward the light submarine pipeline laying sys-tem solutions,introduces in detail the deep light J-Lay submarine pipeline laying system overall design principle,J-Lay of workflow system,and analyses some key components,puts forward the re-search direction of the related fields.
