水杨酸浸种对低温下白三叶种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

     

摘要

以白三叶种子为材料,研究外源水杨酸(SA)不同浓度,不同浸种时间处理对低温下种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随水杨酸浓度的增加,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均呈现先上升后降低的变化趋势;幼苗株高、根长,鲜重、干重和叶绿素含量的变化相同,也是先上升后降低,其中,以SA浓度为0.02 mmol/L,浸种12 h处理效果最好,较高浓度SA>0.1 mmol/L对白三叶种子萌发及幼苗生长均产生抑制作用。%Exogenous salicylic acid (SA)was used to study the effects on seeds germination and seedling growth of white clover under low temperature.The results showed that the germination rate,germination poten-tial,germination index and vigor index of seeds increased first and then decreased along with the increase of SA concentration.The change of plant height,root length,fresh matter weight,dry matter weight and chlorophyll content showed the same trend.The seeds germination and seedling growth was inhibited when the concentra-tion of SA was above 0.1 mmol/L.The best treatment was 0.02 mmol/L SA for 12 hours.
