浅议MapInfo在草原确权承包和基本草原划定中的功能应用

摘要

数字化地图给草地资源的管理及利用带来极大便利，具有重要的地位和作用。本文结合实际工作，以Mapinfo为平台，阐述了MapInfo在草原确权承包和基本草原划定中数字化保管、地形图配准、矢量化、建立属性库和专题制图等方面的功能应用，对草地专题图制作以及具体应用所遇到的一些问题进行了探讨，并提出建议。%MapInfo is easy to operate.
