本试验选择62只发病新疆多浪羊,随机分为A、B、C 3组,分别采用螨净、螨净+伊维菌素、伊维菌素三种方法治疗处理。绵羊给药后的第40 d检查绵羊背部,臀部和头部虫体寄生情况,记录3组绵羊的螨虫病治愈率。结果显示：投药后的第40 d A组、B组、C组治愈率分别为70%,100%和65%,其中B组治愈率显著高于A组和C组,差异显著(<0.05),A组和C组之间的螨虫病治愈率差异不显著(＞0.05)。结论：采用螨净和伊维菌素联合方法对绵羊螨虫病进行处理,达到了一次性给药方式治疗绵羊螨虫病的效果,即治愈率100%。%62 pathogenetic Dolang sheep were selected for this experiment, and were randomly divided into A, B,and C groups, and treated by Miticide, Miticide + Ivermectin and Ivermectin respectively. Checked the entomogenous status on the back, buttock and head of sheep at 40 days when the sheep were treated, and recorded the recovery rate in the three groups, then we found that the recovery rate in group A, B and C are 70%, 100%and 65%respectively, and the rate in Group B was much higher than the one in group A and C, the difference was obvious( <0.05), however, the difference between group A and C was little( >0.05). So it is concluded that treatment to sheep acariasis by means of Miticide + Ivermectin can make sheep recovery by taking one-time medicine, that is, the recovery rate reaches 100%.
