中国冷链物流业的主要运作模式分析

In recent years, people＇s income level is rising so that the demand of the healthy, safe and nutritious fresh food is been increased, which make the ＂cold＂ chain logistics ＂heat ＂. However, due to immature development and low service level of China＇s third cold chain logistics, fresh food wholesalers, processors and chain enterprises use the mode of self-cold chain logistics. Government should strengthen the support about the cold chain logistics industry, make cold chain logistics laws and regulations and industry standards, cultivate and expand third-party cold chain logistics enterprises and train professional cold-chain logistics talents, to promote the good and fast ＂development of cold chain logistics industry.%近年来，居民收入水平不断提高，对安全卫生和营养健康的生鲜食品的需求逐渐增加，促使“冷”链物流业“热”起来。但是由于中国第三冷链物流发展不成熟，服务水平低，使生鲜食品批发商、加工商、连锁经营企业等企业采用自营冷链物流模式。政府应加大对冷链物流业的扶持力度，制定冷链物流法律法规及行业标准，培育和壮大第三方冷链物流企业，培养专业化的冷链物流人才，促进冷链物流业“又好又快”的发展。
