多级机站可控循环通风系统试验研究

         

摘要

Considering heat harm of deep mining in Erdaogou gold mines of Jiapigou mining company, the deep mining ventilation and cooling technology is simulated by computer, and the new multistage fan stations and controllable circulatory ventilation system is established. The system lowered the temperature of deep mining environment to 28? from the previous 30 -32 ? ,and the effect of energy saving and cooling by reinforcing wind is significantly obvious. Through combining controllable circulatory ventilation with air purification technology, the trial study has provided a reasonable and effective approach of ventilation and cooling for partial or marginal region of deep mining where the ventilation is difficult.%针对二道沟矿的深井开采高温热害问题,采用计算机仿真模拟开展了深井开采通风与降温技术研究,建立了新型多级机站可控循环通风系统.深部开采环境温度由30~32℃降至28℃以下,节能降耗作用明显,增风降温效果显著.试验研究将可控循环通风与空气净化技术相结合,为深部采矿生产中局部或边缘通风困难的区域提供了一条合理有效的通风降温途径.
