破碎是金属矿山选矿工艺中的重要工序，破碎机是选矿作业的重要设备，直接影响选矿厂的处理能力和能耗。以二道沟矿业公司为工程背景，介绍了红旗选矿厂扩能及技改过程，详述了立轴锤式破碎机结构、特点及生产实践。立轴锤式破碎机的应用，增大了红旗选矿厂给矿粒度（-350 mm），降低了产品粒度（-10 mm），提高了破碎比，取得了很好的应用效果。%Crushing is a very important link in the whole process of mineral processing in metallic mines and dur-ing crushing,the crusher is its equipment form which directly influences treatment capacity and energy consumption of ore-dressing plant.With Erdaogou mining company as the engineering background ,the paper introduces the production expansion and technical renovation process of Hongqi ore-dressing plant,and elaborates the structure,features and its production practices of the vertical shaft hammer crusher .The application of vertical shaft hammer crusher allows lar-ger feeding particle size(-350 mm) and gives off smaller product size (-10 mm),increasing crushing ratios and a-chieving good application results .
