FIELD: disintegrators and devices for crushing.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to holder wearing tip and method of reducing wear rate of rotor and can be used in impact crushers. Holder comprises mounting plate for holder attachment to wall of rotor. At that, mounting plate has mounting surface with possibility of access to rotor wall, to which it should be attached, wearing surface perpendicular to mounting surface with possibility of access to inner part of rotor, and sidewall extending between mount and wearing surfaces. Side wall comprises surface, retaining material facing when using above rotor wall segment, thereby enabling material captured under effect of surface, retaining material. Method of reducing wear rate of rotor consists in that grip material (72) to be crushed between rotor wall segment and surface, retaining material arranged on side wall of mounting plate and facing rotor wall segment.;EFFECT: use of holder and method for reducing wear rate of rotor increases technological effectiveness of impact crushers.;13 cl, 12 dwg
