变频调速技术在金源矿业公司空压机系统中的应用

摘要

介绍了金源矿业公司空压机采用高压变频器的改造方案；针对空压机恒转矩负载特性，提出了改进U／F控制方法；同时根据系统大时滞的工矿特点，给出了分段PI控制策略。现场应用数据表明，该方法不仅成功解决了空压机系统的变频应用问题，而且大大节省了能源消耗，具有相当的经济效益。%The paper introduces the renovation scheme of using high pressure frequency-controlling device in air compressor in Jinyuan mining company .Based on the loading characteristics of constant torque of air compressors ,the paper proposes to renovate U/F control method .And according to the time-lag,a staged PI control strategy is put for-ward.Practice proves the method successful in solving the application problems of frequency control in air compressor system and cutting energy consumption .The renovation creates considerable economic profits .
