尼尔森选矿机在磨矿分级回路中的配置及应用

摘要

Nelson separator as the most used equipment in gravity separation is widely deployed in gold mines.It works well in the recovery of coarse particle gold and medium coarse particle gold,often deployed in the grinding clas-sification circuit.In the production practice,according to the ore property,mineralogical features of gold minerals and the flowsheet features,reasonable configuration of gravity separation process is settled,which improves the performance of the Nelson separator.%尼尔森选矿机作为重选流程的主要设备，已在黄金矿山得到广泛应用，其对粗粒金及中粗粒金回收效果较好，一般配置在磨矿分级回路中。生产实践中，应根据矿石性质、金矿物工艺特征、流程特点等相关因素，合理确定重选流程配置形式，提高尼尔森选矿机的选别效果。
