夏甸金矿分级尾砂充填材料试验研究

摘要

In order to increase the supply of classified tailings in Xiadian gold mine ,the cyclone classification pro-duction rate of classified tailings was raised and the backfilling material tests were conducted accordingly .Strength of the cementing backfilling body ,slump of the backfilling slurry ,and setting time of the cementing backfilling slurry were tested .The results show that the primary tailings classified by cyclone from the dressing plant of Xiadian gold mine is a good kind of filling aggregate and they can be used in backfilling .The research results and data have direct guiding significance to the backfilling mining .%为增加夏甸金矿分级尾砂供应量,提高了全尾砂旋流器分级产率并开展了相关充填材料试验.介绍了分级尾砂胶结充填体强度试验、分级尾砂充填料浆塌落度试验及分级尾砂胶结充填料浆凝固时间测定试验.试验结果表明,夏甸金矿选厂全尾砂经旋流器分级的尾砂是一种良好的充填骨料,可以作为充填骨料进行充填.试验所得数据和结论对于矿山充填作业具有直接的指导意义.
