艾燃烧生成物对快速老化模型小鼠大脑SOD、MDA和GSH-Px的影响

             

摘要

Objective Research on the effect of moxa products after burning on antioxidant enzymes in the brains of senescence accelerated mice. Methods 50 senescence accelerated mice ( SAM ) were randomly and averagely divided into the control group ( 10 SAM-R/1 ), model group, moxa smoke group, non- moxa-smoke group and moxibustion group ( 10 SAM-P/8 in each group ) . The CV4 ( Guanyuan) was selected by moxibustion. And after the treatment, the content of MDA and activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the brains of senescence accelerated mice were tested by Chemiluminescence. Results Comparing to those of control group, the content of MDA in the model group significantly increased( P< 0. 01 )and activity of SOD and GSH-Px significantly decreased ( P<0. 01 ). Comparing to those of model group, the content of MDA in the three treatment groups significantly decreased( P<0. 01 )and activity of SOD and GSH-Px significantly increased( P<0. 01 ). Conclusions Moxa products after burning could increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes within the brain, enhanced free radical scavenging capacity, which may be one of the mechanisms of anti-aging.%目的 研究艾燃烧生成物对快速老化模型小鼠SAM-P/8大脑内抗氧化酶活性的影响.方法 选用6月龄雄性快速老化模型小鼠50只,其中SAM-R/1系10只作为空白组,SAM-P/8系40只随机分为模型组、单纯艾烟熏吸组、无烟艾灸组和常规艾灸组,每组10只.选取关元穴为治疗穴位,对小鼠进行艾灸干预.治疗后采用化学发光法测定小鼠脑组织中SOD和GSH-Px活性及MDA含量.结果 模型组同空白组相比,SOD、GSH-Px的活性均显著降低(P<0.01),MDA含量显著升高(P<0.01);三组治疗组同模型组相比,SOD、GSH-Px的活性均显著提高(P<0.01),MDA含量显著下降(P<0.01).清除自由基的能力得到增强.结论 艾燃烧生成物可提高大脑内抗氧化酶活性,增强自由基清除能力,这可能是艾灸延缓快速老化模型小鼠衰老发生的作用机制之一.
