本文通过对韩医713首处方的数据研究,探讨了经方常用50味药物(Top50)在韩医临床的用量情况,包括用药频次,药物最大剂量、最小剂量和平均剂量.结果表明:韩医用药频次位于前15味的药物与张仲景使用频次最高15味药物有9味相同,与明代医生使用频次最高前15位药物有14味相同.Top50在韩医临床的平均剂量范围有80%的药物在3 g/日～6 g/日之间;83%的药物最小量不超过2 g/日;85%药物的最大量不超过30 g/日.%This article discusses the dosage of the most commonly used 50 drugs ( Top50 ) in Shanghan Zabing Lun, including frequency, maximum, minimum dose and average dose. The 713 prescriptions came from contemporary Korean doctors. The research results show that Korean doctors have 9 same drugs in the top 15 most commonly used drugs as Zhang Zhongjing, and 14 same drugs as the Ming Dynasty doctors. The 80% average dose of Top50 medicines in Korean doctors are between 3 g/d and 6 g/d; the minimum of 83% medicines does not exceed 2 g/d; the maximum of 85% medicines not more than 30 g/d.
