基于'多维综合评价法'的中医药治疗艾滋病疗效评价模式的初探

摘要

中医药治疗艾滋病的疗效评价往往注重于症状或现代医学生物学指标单一层面的评价,不能体现中医从多层次、多途径、多靶点,在患者整体机能调节上综合治疗疾病的特色和优势.笔者应用多维综合评价法从病毒学、免疫学、中医证候以及生存质量方面对中医治疗艾滋病进行整体、综合的评价,突显中医药治疗艾滋病的特色和优势.%The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine for AIDS evaluation tend to focus on symptoms or biological index of the modern medicine in single aspect. It can' t reflect the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine, which treat disease in multi-levels, multi-ways and many targets. To feature the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine in treating AIDS, we apply the multidimensional comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine for AIDS from virology, immunology, syndromes and the living quality.
