李佃贵从浊毒论治慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生

摘要

This article introduces the clinical experience of Professor LI Dian-gui treating chronic atrophic gastritis( CAG) with intestinal metaplasia. Professor LI suggests that internal stasis of turbidity and toxicity is one of the main causes of CAG with intestinal metaplasia,based on traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) understanding of the disease. He combines symptom differentiation and syndrome differentiation in clinical practice,and concludes nine symptoms from the complicated clinical presentations of the disease:pain, flatulence, distention and fullness, coldness, loss of appetite, belching, heartburn, diarrhea, and constipation,then adapts different treatments according to different syndromes, combining macroscope and microscope,taking the results of gastroscopy and pathological examinations into consideration,using modern TCM pharmacological achievements for treatment.%本文介绍了李佃贵教授对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的治疗经验，在传统中医对本病认识的基础上，李佃贵教授提出浊毒内蕴是本病的重要病机之一。临床上既重视辨症与辨证的有机结合，将本病复杂的临床表现归纳为痛、胀、痞满、寒、呆、嗳、烧、泻、秘九症，并分证论治，又重视宏观和微观的结合，参考胃镜、病理等，运用现代中药药理成果综合论治。
