本文基于2014 年欧盟产业研发投入报告所提供的数据,比较分析了中国大陆和台湾地区高研发投入企业特征差异.研究发现:(1)整体来看,中国大陆高研发投入企业研发投入均值、研发强度和研发投入增长率均高于台湾地区;(2)相对于台湾地区,中国大陆高研发投入企业产业分布比较分散,在低研发强度产业分布比例较高,在高研发强度产业分布比例较低;(3)中国大陆和台湾地区在制药和生物科技等新型高技术产业的研发投入已经远远落后于发达国家.本研究对于了解中国大陆企业研发投入现状,推进创新型国家建设有一定借鉴意义.%Based on the data from the 2014 EU industrial R&D investment scoreboard, this paper compared the difference of enterprise R&D investment between Mainland China and Taiwan. Study showed that: (1) overall, the mean of R&D, R&D intensity and R&D growth in Mainland China were higher than that in Taiwan; (2) compared to Taiwan, top R&D investors in Mainland China were more decentralized, and had a high distribution in low R&D intensity industry and a low distribution in high R&D intensity industry; (3) R&D of pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry in Mainland China and Taiwan both had lagged far behind the developed countries. This research is meaningful to understand the current status of enterprise R&D investment in China.
