熔铸锆刚玉制品的特征及质量判定

摘要

熔铸锆刚玉制品中各部位化学成分、矿相组成及体积密度不均匀性是它区别于烧成和不烧成致密定型耐火制品的主要特征；在玻璃熔窑上使用后的原砖残存部分的矿相组成和化学成分已有变化，因此每一批熔铸锆刚玉制品在使用前必须严格按照出厂检验、判定检验及落地检验的检验程序，完成产品是否合格及能否使用的判定工作。%Heterogeneity in chemical composition , mineral composition and bulk density of fused cast AZS refractory is the major characteristic which differs from any sintered and unfired dense refractory product .The mineral composition and chemical composition of used fused cast AZS refractory products removed from glass melting furnace have already changed .Therefore , before construction of glass fur-nace it is necessary to determine the acceptance of every batch of fused cast AZS refractory products by outgoing inspection , judgment inspection and arrival inspection in accordance with the stipulated in-spection procedure .
