老年脑胶质瘤患者应用化疗药物的毒副反应研究

摘要

目的 探讨老年脑胶质瘤患者应用化疗药物后的毒副反应.方法 将146例应用化疗药物的脑胶质瘤患者根据年龄分为老年组70例(≥60岁)和中青年组76例(<60岁),然后进行组间比较,所有患者均采用替尼泊甙(VM-26)+司莫司汀(Me-CCNU)联合化疗方案,结果老年组的骨髓抑制现象和呕吐反应(25.0%和23.9%)并不高于中青年组(23.8%和24.2%)(P>0.05).结论 老年脑胶质瘤患者实施化疗是安全的,毒副反应并没有增加.%Objective To explore the toxic reaction of chemotherapy for older patients with brain glioma. Methods 146 patients with brain glioma were divided into two groups: age≥ 60 years group and age ＜ 60 years group. 70 patients each group. All the patients were treated with VM-26 and Me-CCNU. The side effects in the two groups were compared.Results There were no differences in the myelotoxicity and the vomit between the two groups ( 25 .0％ vs 23 . 8 ％ ; 23.9 ％vs 24.2％ ). Conclusions The chemotherapy in the elderly patients with brain glioma is safe and has little side effect.
