上海地区老年妇女绝经年龄的变化

摘要

目的 调查上海地区老年妇女自然绝经年龄的变化.方法 对来复旦大学附属华东医院骨质疏松科就诊老人进行问卷,调查绝经年龄、初潮年龄、既往史；对1 510例进行统计分析.结果 上海地区平均绝经年龄49.76岁.≥80岁年龄组平均绝经年龄49.23；75 ～ 79岁年龄组平均绝经年龄49.39; 70 ～ 74岁年龄组平均绝经年龄49.44;65 ～ 69岁年龄组平均绝经年龄49.84; 60～64岁年龄组平均绝经年龄50.55.结论 上海地区老年妇女平均绝经年龄有延迟趋势.%Objective To study the menopausal age of the women in Shanghai. Methods From February 2004 to February 2010, 1510 women participants from Shanghai were interviewed by questionnaires. Statistical analysis were carried out with SPSS 13. 0, and all data were compared and statistically analyzed among groups. Results The mean natural menopause age was 49.76 years old. The mean natural menopause ages were 49.23, 49.39, 49.44, 49.84, 50.55 years old in the groups of 3= 80 years old, 79-75 years old, 74-70 years old, 69-65 years old, 64-60 years old, respectively. Conclusion The mean natural menopausal age is later than before in elderly women.
