关于房产测绘中面积差异和纠纷的分析

摘要

房屋面积一直是房地产市场中倍受关注的问题，也是房产测绘的重点内容，本文针对目前购房人高度关注的几类房屋面积进行分析，阐明各种面积差异产生的原因，消除认识的误区，提出解决面积差异、降低纠纷的建议。%Housing area is always a hot lopic that attracts much attention in real estate market and it is also the key task of real estate surveying and mapping. This paper analyzes some kinds of housing area problems which are quite concerned by house - buyers, elaborates the origin of all kinds of area differences, and presents some suggestions on how to avoid understanding mistakes, solve area differ- enees and reduce the dispute.
