利用CFD技术建立了风扇"0级静子+1级转子+1级静子"计算模型,分析了对风扇一级叶片性能的影响因素,研究了风扇性能衰退的机理和规律.在此基础上建立了某型涡扇发动机部件级数学模型,分析了风扇性能衰退对发动机性能的影响,并通过与实际试车数据的对比,验证了模型的可靠性.为监控发动机的状态变化和提高发动机维护水平提供技术支持.%This paper established computational model of fan for "stage 0 stator+stage 1 rotor+stage 1 stator", analyzed ingredient of effect to performance for single stage fan blade, researched mechanics and law of fan performance deterioration.On the basis component mathematics model of turbofan was established, the effect of fan performance deterioration to engine performance was analyzed, the reliability of model was validated by comparing to test-run data.It provides technology support to monitoring engine and enhancing maintenance.
