涡扇发动机普遍采用耦合双转子结构,由于中介轴承耦合的影响及高、低压转子动力学特性的复杂性,导致转子一支承系统在设计时常无法避开所有临界转速。通过添加弹性及阻尼结构,可有效减小过临界转速时转子系统的振动。为分析耦合双转子结构过临界转速时的振动响应特性,可通过迭代法获得支点阻尼器的阻尼值,并利用过临界转速时稳态响应的Nyquist图椭圆近似特征对结果进行修正,从而得到更具参考价值的响应特性。%Dual rotor coupling structure is widely used in aero-engines. For the impact of intermediary bearing coupling and aerodynamic complexity of rotor, rotor-bearing system can' t dodge critical speed. The vibration of rotor can be effectively alleviated by adding elastic and damping structure. In order to analysis the vibration response characteristics of over critical speed, the results are corrected by combining general theory with iterative method and making use of the character that Nyquist chart looks like an ellipse when rotor works near the critical speed. So the conclusion is more approach to the true value.
