航空发动机地面保障车电源系统设计

             

摘要

简述了电源系统的组成及供给能力,并制定了电源系统方案。根据航空发动机地面起动及地面保障车的用电要求,分析了系统的用电功率及设计要求。针对航空发动机在使用中易出现起动机输出轴薄弱环节处断裂现象,采用了合适的限流匹配设计技术。同时,在电源中引入超级电容设计技术,解决了蓄电池等在高原、负温环境条件下性能下降明显的问题,并提高了系统响应特性,增加了发动机瞬间所需功率。最后,通过试验对设计进行了验证。%For the electricity requirements of engine ground start and power supply vehicle, the electric power and the design requirements of the power supply system was analyzed. The components and supply capacity of the system were also presented, and a scheme was made. To solve the problem that the weakness of starter output shaft is easy to rupture when aircraft engine is in use, appropriate current limiting matching design technology was adopted. At the same time, the super capacitor design technology was introduced into power supply to solve the problem that the performance decreased significantly when battery and thermal battery were in plateau and negative temperature condition, and improve the system response characteristic, increase instantaneous required power for the engine. Finally, the design and application of aircraft power supply vehicle were verified by experiment.
