燃气涡轮起动机高空台高空起动试验研究

         

摘要

介绍了某型燃气涡轮起动机在高空台进行高空起动试验的安装方式、试验条件和试验方法,并对高空起动试验结果进行了详细分析。研究表明,通过增加起动加速供油量与起动电机功率,可有效扩展燃气涡轮起动机的高空起动包线,且起动机的冷机时间对其起动特性有着显著影响。同时,在此类起动机高空台试验中,应对滑油管道提供相应的保温措施,以保证起动机在低温环境下的冷机过程中,滑油温度不至于过低而影响起动。%Fixing mode, test conditions and test methods of altitude start for a gas turbine starter in altitude simulated cell were present. The testing results were analyzed detailedly. Fuel supply control law of start and acceleration, starter power and the time interval between two starts played great roles on the start enve-lope. Through increasing fuel flow rate for start and acceleration and starter power, air start envelope was ef-fectively widened. During the test of starter in altitude simulated cell, the heat preservation measures for oil ducts should be employed so that the starter could be started in low temperature environment.
