高空模拟试验中真空度与次流作用力校准方法的发展演变

         

摘要

It is important to accurately measure the acting-force coefficients of secondary flow and vacuum for engine thrust determination in the aero-engine altitude simulation test. The development of the coeffi⁃cient-calibration method was introduced. According to different operating conditions of engine and applica⁃tion of calibration results, it can be divided into three phases and corresponding three methods:dot-calibra⁃tion, static calibration and dynamic calibration method. The characteristics and calibration processes of the above-mentioned methods were also discussed in detail. So there is certain reference value for engine alti⁃tude simulation test and acting-force calibration research.%  真空度与次流作用力系数测定是发动机高空推力确定的重要内容,其校准方法仍在不断发展与完善。介绍了我国真空度与次流作用力校准方法的发展过程,依据作用力系数校准时发动机是否工作和校准结果适用范围,提出了作用力系数校准方法研究的三个发展阶段,及其对应的三种校准方法——点校法、静校法和动校法。探讨了作用力系数测定方法的校准过程及其特点,可供发动机高空台试验和作用力校准研究参考与借鉴。
