燃气轮机燃烧室三维周期拓展分析方法

             

摘要

The combustor performance was studied by the periodic extension method. The investigation shows that the method can simplify the calculation model, reduce calculation amount and computational cost. Based on this method, the effects of the exit angle of secondary swirler, the inlet air ratio of the first and secondary swirler on combustor performance were researched. The results show that the outlet tempera⁃ture distribution factor of combustor decreases, the combustion efficiency and the outlet NOX emissions of combustor decrease first and then increase with the increasing of exit angle of secondary swirler;the outlet temperature distribution factor of combustor decreases,the outlet NOX emissions of combustor decrease first and then increase with the increasing of inlet air flow rate of secondary swirler.%采用一种周期拓展的燃烧室分析方法,对燃气轮机燃烧室性能进行研究。研究表明,该方法可在不影响燃烧室性能分析结果的基础上,有效简化计算模型,减小计算量,降低计算成本。基于这一分析方法,研究了二级旋流器出口角及一、二级旋流器进气比对燃烧室性能的影响。结果表明:随着二级旋流器出口角的增大,燃烧室出口温度分布系数逐渐降低,燃烧室燃烧效率及出口NOX排放量均先减小后增加;随着二级旋流器进气量的增加,燃烧室出口温度分布系数逐渐降低,燃烧室出口NOX排放量先减小后增加。
