一种风扇/压气机声模态测量分析方法

         

摘要

声模态测量是风扇/压气机管道声学研究的重要组成部分。测点非均布、测点数目为奇数或测量过程中传感器测量结果有误情况下,无法应用传统的分析方法分析。从最基本的声学公式入手,对管道声传播进行理论推导,得到一个通用的声模态测量分析方法,即求解方程组法。利用数值模拟方法对管道声模态进行分析,可看出模态分析的目的,是通过测点的声压进行目标频率下主要模态的识别,证明了应用解方程组法可进行测点非均布情况下的模态分析。在两个风扇试验器的声学测量中应用该种测量分析方法,从试验角度证明了分析方法的正确性和分析结果的可靠性。本文提出的声模态测量分析方法解决了传统分析方法的弊端,对风扇/压气机气动声学试验研究具有重要的意义。%Mode measurement is an important constituent for research on acoustics of the fan/compressor. If measurement stations are not even distributed and odd number counted, and there are errors in sensor measurement during the process, the traditional measurement analysis method could not be applied in the actual measuring process. The formula of sound propagation in the duct has been derived, and the general acoustic mode measurement analysis method-solving equations were obtained. The acoustic mode of the duct was analyzed numerically and the objective of mode analysis was obvious that through the mode recog⁃nization of measurement points with target frequency to prove that the method of solving equations can be applied to acoustic mode analysis when the measurement stations were not uniform. This method has been used in the two fan test facilities. The results coincide with the theory of stator/rotor interaction noise, and they are reliable. The method put forward solved the problem of traditional method, providing significance in the acoustic experimental study for fan compressor.
