四辊铜带冷轧机乳化液系统改造解决带面乳液斑

摘要

介绍了我公司4辊冷轧机乳化液循环过滤系统，及其在铜带生产实践中存在的问题。通过对乳化液系统过滤器、加热器、撇油器、搅拌器等综合改造，解决了带材表面乳液斑残留，取得了较好的使用效果。%The emulsion circulation and filtering system of the 4Hi cold rolling mill ,and existing problem in the copper strip production practice were introduced .The problem of residual emulsion mark on the strip surface was solved by compre-hensive improvement of the emulsion filter , heater, oil skimmer and mixer.Consequently good application results were a-chieved.
