干熄焦循环系统严密性对系统的影响

摘要

本文根据酒钢焦化厂5＃、6＃焦炉配套的干熄焦系统年修前后生产运行参数对比，简要分析了干熄焦系统严密性对干熄焦生产的影响，并简要估算了系统严密性提高对降低焦炭烧损率的影响。%By contrast of the operation parameters of the dry quenching coking system equipped for 5#and 6#coke oven in coking plant of JISCO before and after yearly maintenance, briefly analyzed the inflence of tightness of the dry quenching system to the dry quenching coke production was analyzed, and the influence of enhanced tightness of the dry quenching system to reduction of the coke burning ratio was briefly estimated.
