金属-有机框架材料ZIF-8的合成机理研究

         

摘要

Metal-organic frameworks material refers to the transition metal ions and organic ligands formed by self-assembly of the network topology-like crystalline materials, zeolites imidazole frameworks material is a branch of MOFs. Solvothermal prepared ZIF-8 material crystals investigated the main factors of ZIF-8 material properties of crystal morphology and size were investigated. Experimentally determining the optimal experimental conditions were determined, zinc nitrate as a source of zinc, 2-methyl imidazole as an organic ligand, with DMF as the organic solvent, the molar ratio of the metal ion and an organic ligand of 3:2, the reaction temperature of 120℃,10h. Meanwhile, the crystal of ZIF-8 was characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), thermogravimetry (TGA) and Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) .%金属-有机框架材料是将过渡金属离子与有机配体通过自组装而形成的网络状拓扑结构晶体,沸石咪唑酯框架材料是金属-有机框架材料的一个分支。本研究采用溶剂热法制备ZIF-8晶体,揭示主要影响因素对ZIF-8晶体形貌、大小的影响规律及合成过程机理,确定的最佳合成条件为:硝酸锌为锌源,2-甲基咪唑为有机配体,DMF为有机溶剂,金属离子与有机配体的摩尔比为3:2,合成温度为120℃,反应时间为10 h,并用X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱衍射、热重分析等对ZIF-8晶体表征。
