410S热轧带钢氧化皮结构对酸洗效果的影响

摘要

热轧带钢氧化皮结构是影响其酸洗效果的重要因素.以410S铁素体不锈钢为研究对象,研究其热轧带钢表面氧化皮的结构和组成物相,分析其对酸洗效果的影响.%The structure of oxide scale on the surface of stainless steel hot rolled strip is key influence factor of picking effect.In order to study 410S stainless steels, this paper researches oxide scale structure and composition of their hot rolled strip, and analyzes their impact on picking effect by combining correlational research and test detection.
