目的:探讨复方谷氨酰胺联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效. 方法:回顾性分析2013年10月-2015年3月我科收治的腹泻性肠易激综合征患者40例,其中男18例,女22例;年龄19~55岁,平均30.47岁,病程6月~4年,平均17.4月. 随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组复方谷氨酰胺3粒/次,Tid,复方嗜酸乳杆菌片1g/次,Tid;对照组复方谷氨酰胺3粒/次,Tid.4周为一疗程.观察两组疗效、不良反应,并随访有无复发.结果:治疗组有效18例,无效2例,对照组有效12例,无效8例.经检验两组疗效有统计学意义(χ2=4.80,P<0.05). 结论:复方谷氨酰胺联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效可靠,安全.%Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of compound glutamin entersoluble capsules combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus in treatment for diarrhea-type irritability syndrome patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 40 cases of diarrhea-type irritability syndrome from Oct 2013 to Mar 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 20 cases in each group. The treatment group were given compound glutamin entersoluble capsules 3 pills/time ,Tid and compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets 1g/time, Tid. The control group were given compound glutamine capsules 3 pills/time ,Tid. 4 weeks for a course of treatment, two groups of curative effect, adverse reaction, recurrence were observed and followed up. Results: The effective was 18 cases, invalid 2 cases in the treatment group and the effective was 12 cases,invalid 8 cases in which two groups was statistically significant(χ2=4.80, P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound glutamin entersoluble capsules combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets in treatment for diarrhea-type irritability syndrome patients is effective ,reliable and safe.
