医院键盘、鼠标细菌污染现状调查分析

         

摘要

目的:了解医护办公室键盘、鼠标消毒前后的污染情况,分析原因并提出相应的预防措施. 方法:对医院33个临床科室医护办公室的键盘、鼠标表面进行采样,细菌培养、菌落计数和菌种鉴定. 结果:键盘、鼠标细菌菌落总数消毒前分别为81.23cfu/cm2, 72.49cfu/cm2;消毒后分别为2.89cfu/cm2,1.14cfu/cm2.键盘、鼠标消毒前后细菌菌落总数比较差异均有统计学意义(t1=21.415, P<0.05;t2=20.328,P<0.05;其中t1为键盘消毒前后细菌菌落总数相比较,t2为鼠标消毒前后细菌菌落总数相比较)大肠埃希菌污染率最高(20.83%). 结论:医护办公室键盘、鼠标细菌污染严重,其污染菌类型与医院感染常见菌相似.%Objective:To understand the bacterial pollution of the medical office keyboard, mouse before and after sterilization,we analyzed the causes and provide prevention measures and countermeasures. Methods: The computer keyboard and the mouse surface in our hospital of 33 departments were sampling. Bacterial culture, counting of the bacterial colony and identification of the types of the bacteria were compared between pre-sterilization and post-sterilization. Results: Bacterial colony number of keyboard and the mouse before disinfection were respectively 81.23cfu/cm2, 72.49cfu/cm2. After disinfection were 2.89cfu/cm2, 1.14cfu/cm2. There were significant difference before and after disinfection in Keyboard(t1=21.415, P<0.05) and mouse(t2=20.328, P<0.05). Contamination rate of escherichia coli was 20.83%. Conclusion: The bacteria contamination of keyboard, mouse surface in medical office is serious, the bacteria pollution is similar to common bacteria in hospital infection.
