民间验方栀子蛋清方治疗急性踝关节软组织损伤的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy between the folk prescription(Gardenia powder+egg white)and hospital pharmaceutics (Xiaoding ointment) in Gansu provincial Hospital of TCM, which would provide some theoretical data for clinical application of folk prescription. Methods: 120 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group. 60 cases in treatment group were took folk prescription and others in control group were took Xiaoding ointment. Effect evaluation used a visual analogue score(VAS) and the physical measurement method were used for evaluation of pain before and after treatment. Results: Both the pain and swell were obviously improved in two groups after treatment. Analgesic effect in treatment group was better than control group, but the opposite was true for effect of detumescence. Total effective rate were no statistical significance between treatment group and control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of the folk prescription in treatment of ankle joint is exact curative and little adverse reactions.%目的：观察民间验方（栀子粉+蛋清）与甘肃省中医院院内制剂消定膏治疗踝关节软组织损伤的临床疗效，为临床应用民间验方（栀子粉+蛋清）提供理论依据。方法：将门诊就诊符合急性踝关节软组织损伤的患者按随机、对照的观察原则，分为观察组和对照组，各组60例，分别采用栀子蛋清方治疗和消定膏治疗，采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）以及采用肢体测量法评定患者治疗前、后疼痛变化。结果：两组患者经相应治疗后其疼痛及肿胀均较治疗前明显改善，观察组止痛效果优于对照组，对照组消肿效果优于观察组，两组总有效率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：民间验方（栀子粉+蛋清）治疗踝关节软组织损伤疗效确切，具有良好的止痛效果，不良反应少。
