数字化会议系统的界面设计

摘要

As the rising requirement of information-based society for high efifciency meetings, conferencing products urgently need to be improved design from the Angle of the system. Improvement is focused on humanized interface design, and then the conference model will be optimized. New digital conference system, based on user research, focus on deep analysis of user groups, product function architecture, user's task model and setting of user roles. The system reasonably integrate the hardware devices such as conference table, touch screen, and equipped with the humanized interface design.%随着信息化社会对高效会议办公要求的不断上升，会议产品急需从系统角度作出设计改良，最直接的切入点是开发更为人性化的人机界面设计，优化常规会议方式。全新的数字化会议系统，立足于用户研究，集中在用户群特征、产品功能架构、用户任务模型及用户角色设定这几个方面进行深入调研分析，将会议桌、触摸屏等硬件设备进行合理整合，并设计配备了人性化的交互界面。
