摘要

Acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL)is a special leukemia accounting for above 10%of adult acute myeloid leukemia.The t(15;17)(q22;q21)is a specific chromosome reciprocal translocation of APL,resulting in the generation of a fusion gene between a retinoic acid receptor alpha(RARα)and promyelocytic leukemia(PML)at the molecular level.Many research demonstrate that PML/RARa fusion gene can be regarded as
