为适应社会对体育人才的需求，以福建体育职业技术学院的太极拳实践教学为试点，探讨高职太极拳实践教学改革。发现目前的教材、教学模式、实践教学评价以及教师队伍的结构等都与高职院校的特点不尽相符。建议开发符合高职特点的教材、设置相关课程，积极探索实践课程的评价体系，开放办学理念，开展校企合作，融“学中做——做中学——学中做”为一体，有效地缩短技能学习到技能实践的过渡环节，初步适应现代社会大众对太极拳的需求与发展。%Practical Teaching is an important link for Higher Vocational College to actualize the objective of tran- ning talents. In order to meet the requirement to the sports talents of society, the reform of Practical Teaching of Higher Vocational College becomes particularly urgent and important. With Practical Teaching of Taichi of Fujian Sports Vocational Education and Technical College as a pilot, puts forward my own thoughts and suggestions. The results showed that, only actively explored the teaching material and curriculum which in line with the characteris- tics of Higher Vocational, actively explored the evaluation system of practical tutorial and cooperation between the college and enterprise, open the idea of running, melt "leaming by doing--doing by learning--learning by doing" as one, could effectively reduced the trabsitional link from the skill learning to skill practice, and preliminary meet the requirement and development of Taiehi of morden community.
