使用不同重量铅球训练时肌肉的电信号特征变化研究

         

摘要

Testing the electromyographic signals applied with differents of shot, by using surfaceelectromyography technique on back glide shot putting, this study attempts to conclude the muscle electrical signal characteristics of the back sliding shot putting and carries on the relevant analysis, this study found: in the back sliding shot put- ting, the integrated electromyography from high to low were right biceps, right deltoid, right vastus lateralis and so on successively; most surface integrated electromyography of training with 8kg shot was higher than that of the back sliding shot putting, and some of integrated electromyography decreased. Electromyography signal of right vastus lateralis, right biceps femoris and left Latissimus Dorsi in the back sliding shot putting was similar with that of training with 8kg shot.%用表面肌电技术对背向滑步式推铅球动作不同重量铅球时的肌肉测试,总结肌肉动员特征并进行相关性分析。结论为,背向滑步式推铅球动作中,主要参与肌肉为右肱二头肌,右三角肌,右股四头肌等等;使用8千克铅球进行训练时,多数体表肌肉肌电信号值比背向滑步式推铅球有明显的增加,部分肌肉的肌电信号衰减。右股四头肌和左背阔肌在使用8千克铅球训练时利于背向滑步式推铅球动作。
